Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or replacement if they receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Products returned without original packaging, used, washed, or worn items, products damaged due to customer mishandling, customized or made-to-order products, and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement request, please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Send these details to our support team via email or through the contact form on our website. After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the next steps.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will inform you whether the return or replacement request has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellations & Policy Misuse

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Elara reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request in cases involving policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated abnormal return patterns.
